i got into a accident, caused by another driver. i have no insurance, but the other driver jumped a red light and was speeding which caused the accident. i have a witness who saw everything.
problem now the drivers insurance want to try and claim from me or report me to the british driving authority about me having no insurance.

scorpious321 i think you got this suituation wrong. yes i had no insurance, but i was involved in a accident by another driver. that driver jumper a red light and was speeding. he hit my car and write off two other drivers in the process. one of the cars he hit had his wife n two little kids.
because i have no insurance, i was asking if i can still claim, which i think i can't by his insurers.
Of course you can't - regardless of who else can claim what against who, you don't get a look in because of your own reckless actions. Crawl away, forget the situation, look forward to prosecution hopefully, and get some insurance and common sense before going back on the roads. Idiot.
