Dog urine on sheepskin rug - help??

Hi whats the best way of getting dog urine out of my sheepskin rug? I've already put it in the washing machine on the wool setting but the stain is still there. Any ideas? Thanks

You can try methylated spirit and rub well. Leave to dry. White vinegar is also a good stain and odour remover
