now what about this spin on the question...

if there is NO car...
then surley there is NO hazard...

so can the sheep ever really become a hazard in the first place?
They wouldn't be a hazard at all if there were no drivers on the road!
Theyrer then a potential hazard as potentially a car could stillll come along the road.

If there were no cars itd be diffferennt because thered be no road .

job done
Don't worry - if the government had its way, there'd be very few drivers on the roads. they're doing their best to force us all off them as it is! make way for the sheep!!

Yeah but this is in wales mate...

so there ARE roads and their ARE sheep, and there ARE cars...just the cars arent very frequent...but they DO exist...

so once again...

do the sheep CAUSE the hazard?

or ARE the sheep the hazard?

the philiosophy of sheep continues...

You can't have one without the other danny. The sheep are the hazard BECAUSE they could cause one.

i want to make it clear this is my mates point of view talking now...

he reckons...

the sheep are a potential hazard because they can potentially cause a hazard...

they are not an official hazard until they cause it....

That sums it up very well - I'd agree with that.
