Cold Hands

All of a sudden my hands are always cold...i know it has to do with the blood flow to my hands and all. But my hands never used to be cold...and now they are cold all the time??Even if the rest of my body isnt cold, my hands still are cold. I dont get it..i never had cold hands b4? Any answers Abers?

It sounds like a circulation problem to me, but it's always best to visit your GP with any medical issues.

See a Dr, but in my hubby's case he always had such lovely warm hands even in frosty weather and now its the opposite and his was caused by Type 2 Diabetus, perhaps a test would be helpful.
A type 2 diabetes is almost always associated with arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the vessels) as a secondary effect, thus cold hands is a common symptom. You should check with the doc to make sure you're not suffering from a cardiovascular disease and if you wish to do a quick check, have someone palpate both your radial pulses (pulse on the wrist) at the same time, if there's no atherosclerosis there shouldn't be a delay, however if you feel a delay, then its time to visit the doc just in case.
