if someone hurts themselves, say in a small shop. What pay are they entitled to(20yrs old) do they lose 1st 3 days..........

That all depends on the injury. If thinking about money is your first thougt then I guess the injury isn't so bad.

Is it sick pay or a payment for an injury you want ?
Firms have different sick pay schemes, mine pays 50% for the first day and 80% for the remaining sick days
