Edward Kennedy has been diagnosed with brain tumour after suffering stroke Kennedy tragedies striking again, although he is 76 he was a dominant figure in the political world. I think he might have been president if it hadn't been for the Chappaquidick incident. The Kennedy family still have the power and intrigue to keep us all interested!!

Not ALL - he's way old news as far as I am concerned
they certainly are a tragic family............but all families have their own personal tradedies and traumas to deal wilth im afraid.
I find it amazing that he was able to have any sort of political life after Chappaquidick.

What he did was cowardly and most ordinairy people would have served a prison sentence for his actions.

Just shows that money and power can still buy you favours.

And lets not forget that Edward's father Joe (who was also father of John F and Robert) was a very shady character who had sympathy for Hitler during world war 2.

There are also many who think that some of his actions in getting his son, JFK, as president were very suspect.
