Have you got a pop-up blocker installed?

You could also try installing some anti-spyware software. Adaware from http://www.lavasoft.com is pretty good and free.

Funnily enuf im having the exact same problem and ive got my blocker on plus using everything you can think of and theyre still getting through its really frustrating, just got Ad-Adware so waiting to see if this works

I have POP-up blocker on and McAfee on plus Windows Defender and they still get through.
