Most vegetarians strongest point about vegetarianism is that do not want to take a life. That is pathetic as I always say that what happens when you have tooth infection or cancer. Then they should not take medicine to kill that bacteria or virus. Even when you breath you kill so many germs. Why use all those anti bacterial surface cleaners. parachlorometaxylenol aka (Dettol) kills 99.9 % germs. That is taking a life as well. Or is it only the life we can see with our eyes.

Apart from this invalid reason, if someone just does not like meat, then that is fair enough.
Does R1Geezer have an R! ?

....and it's a carnivorous one!
keyplus90, yes exactly.

As we all know, a lot of veggies just don't like the idea of cute things being killed for food.

And the rest of us don't like the idea of going round for dinner and being fed cattle food by people who fart a lot.
Nice one, R1Geezer.

R1s are all two wheeled meat eaters!!
Winebuyer - I like your description of vegetarians.
You people--- read my links before you post.
btw i am non veg at present.
Cows have always been farting. DEFRA have sent bumpf out to farmers about changing cattles diets to decrease methane, this involves more beet etc.
Quote:
"If you stop eating meat then within one year there would be so many animals in this world that you would have no vegetables left to eat any way. Few animals are there for human consumption and that is the balancing system of nature. You disturb it and see what happens"
keyplus90 you are too lazy to read my links. Besides your a Muslim and your religion prescribes it, stay out of the fray.
Non-Veggies including me are selfish, heartless, callous freaks.

Robb,
I'm quite sure you can recognise a 'Tongue in Cheek' reply, or can you?.

As for being 'Looney', it certainly helps in this world of ours, Try it.
If I thought I could I would but I'm human and that means I'm an Omnivore. I like meat. I juts wish that farmers would do more to take care of their animals better.
Yeah thats the way to go .......
starve fellow humans of food and water just to appease your taste-buds.
Yeah and equate cows and goats with germs.Germs have a high level of consciousness, high cognitive abilities and sentience don't they?
Don't bear a grudge on me germ I have just killed your relative.
LOL!!

I did not read your link as I knew what it would be about. And yes I am Muslim and you can still be a Muslim if you are Vegetarian. Otherwise God has given you teeth like carnivorous as well as herbivorous. And the same is the case with our digestive system. We can digest both meat and vegetables. So in simple words we are omnivorous. Is there any reason behind that or is it just accidental.

After that by choice if you become vegetarian or whatever that is your own choice.
Yes, I am an omnivore i relish killing a goat with my bare hands, tearing open its abdomen with my nails and lowering my mouth to lick up the blood and gnaw the bones. The sight of a dead bird makes me salivate. I also daydream about killing cows with my bare hands and eating them raw.
Humans can also digest cardboard, cardboard stew anyone??
You may also digest Cyanide. Give it a go sometimes.
Apparently you don't know what means TO DIGEST.
Cyanide is a poison and is toxic whereas cardboard is digestible like meat.
