I know rabbits stamp there back legs hard on the ground to alert other rabbits of trouble in thw wild. Our rabbit does it from time to time more so at night when he goes back in his hutch. Is there may be another reason they do it?

Munkeh, I have friends with rabbits, and I know theirs do that sometimes if they are annoyed or stressed, or if they feel threatened. Maybe your rabbit just doesn't want to go to bed!

My rabbit did that when he didn't get his own way eg food in dish quick enough or he didnt want to go in his cage.
