In Kissimee and International Drive there are Discount places where you can buy tickets, we did this and it was much better, plus we didn't have to queue for entrance. I think these days you can also get "no waiting" tickets for some of the more popular rides and would say this is definitely better! The queues can be horrendous although they spray you with water when it's boiling hot!
The cheapest place we ever found (in our years of going to florida) was online, I'm unsure of the exact address but it was something like themeparktickets.co.uk, I will check at let you know.

We found this much cheaper and handier than buying out there
We bought tickets for some theme parks prior to leaving the UK from our travel agents. When we got there, the tickets were cheaper. We did actually buy tickets on the day at some of the theme parks.

Other people I have spoken to re: theme park tickets, have always said to buy when you are there as you get a better price.

Never considered buying tickets on the internet. Will consider it in future if they are cheap and reliable.
you can get cheaper deals over there, if you don't mind looking around for ticketbooths rather than just buying them here and going straight to the parks.

Remember though if buying previously used tickets that most of the parks (disney and Seaworld) make the user scan a thumb print when they enter the park. If your ticket and thumb print don't match, then you won't get in.
Also worth remembering - especially with the kids - to scan the same thumb at each park - 6yr olds can get very confused tyring to remember which hand/finger they scanned 3 days earlier.
