Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

YET AGAIN the Mephisto is not available on-line ( I don't know why I pay the sub.!) Could someone with a Sunday Times please e-mail a copy so my Sunday routine is not upset?

I just had the same problem, K, so I put "Mephisto 2484" into the Google search-slot and was offered a site 'Sudoku 1826'. Clicking on that got me to the sudoku puzzle and below that was 'Also in Games & Puzzes' where I was able to clisk on 'Mephisto 2484'. It worked, so give it a try. Good luck!

Having said all that, I have to agree with you that actually PAYING for the thing is a bit silly!

That did it, but what a rigmarole! The Times site has not been fuctioning for ages and when I complained they sent me a mini atlas (4"x6") as compensation.
