I think I've just upset this woman in work. When see comes around to ask for something, we'll always very talkative, but she keeps touching me on the arm or shoulder as she chatting. But this time when is done it I politely said, 'please don't touch me'. She just stop in mid conversation and said, 'how rude' and walked off.
The thing is, if I don't know a person very well then I don't like them touching me. Is anyone else like this or is it just me?

I think you were well within your rights to ask her not to toch you. I cant stand being touched and i dont like people who talk right up at my face, I also dont like people who try to make too much eye contact when I first get to know them. This has earned me the nickname rainwoman amongst my friends. Well its that or the fact I say 97 x.... pow..... the future of rock and roll a lot.

euwwww i hate people in my personal space, i'd of done the same, i went on a date with someone - first date - and he wanted to hold my hand the entire time and was constantly trying to cuddle and kiss me, i never saw him again......

Mr Sense hates travelling on the tube with me ... I would rather wait ALL night than have some gangly gits stinking pit in my face due to overcrowding ... sometimes when those doors open it looks like the how many people can you fit in a phone box competitions! lol. There are some serious personal space infractions on the tube that is for sure.
