Can you put daffodils and tulips together in a vase and bouquet. i've been told you should not .

No, the Narcissi exude a sap which contains chemicals that are toxic to cut tulips. If the cut daffodils have been in a vase long enough and are still perky after the sap stops running they probably can be placed in with the tulips...

Does this apply to daffodlls and tulips planted
together in tubs etc, I have daffodils and tulips
together and the are growing well, despite the
windy weather Advice please!
