I have an issue with a franchised garage, What is the best way to make a complaint against them. I am in the process of emailing the car makers, but I would like to take it further

All advice would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

With so little information it's hard to give precise advice. However, depending upon the nature of the problem you could:

(a) contact your local Trading Standards office. (Use the postcode finder, here):
http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/consumers/c onsumers.cfm

(b) use the small claims' procedure at the County Court:

(c) put pressure on the dealer by involving the local media.
