She's not bad - she is just a normal, playful juvenile pushing the boundaries! All my cats have done that sort of thing when they were younger and most of them do grow out of it. My poor old dog used to put up with a lot from one of mine so I used to try to find her a quiet corner where the cat couldn't get to her.
She's a female - all our female cats have ruled the house over the male cats and the dogs!! It will continue for the rest of her life, she is establishing herself in your house. And be careful if you have visitors that bring their pets as she is likely to go for them. Ours lauched herself at a German Shepherd after we told the man to take the dog away from the door.
All the cats we've owned have been very playful.

I remember first thing in the mornings, trying to make a cup of tea with them running & jumping at my bare feet & attacking my ankles with their little fangs!

It still brings a smile to my face, even though we no longer have any of them with us.
P.S. We had several females & one male cat, but they were all equally as playful.

The only thing that used to drive me nuts, was when they used to get their claws caught in the net curtains when nosing out of the window!

I used to gently untangle them & give them a telling off, but it was no use as they did it again & again!

In the end I took the nets down & have never put any up since - I never did like nets anyway!
