Its on the tv at the moment, She is middle aged, blond and used to be in a soap? any infomation would be great as this is driving me mad

She used to be in Brookside and played Max's wife... thats all I can remember but hopefully is enough to start you of on your search hehe!

Going from Toothfairy's answer it could be either Gabrielle Glaister (wife 2) or Karen Drury (wife 1 & 3).How sad that I know this.

Iit is Gabrielle Glaister. She was also in Blackadder and called Bob/Kate. I seem to remember her being in Corrie for a bit as Denise Welch's characters sister!
