i have recently security enabled our wireless network and since this time our wireless connection is lost and when viewing available wireless networks it say there is little or no connectivity and we cannot get on the internet. can anybody help please?

Turn everything off at the plug. (modem, router, computer, etc.)

Then, turn the modem on. Wait a minute.

Turn router on, wait a minute. (These two steps obviously become one if router and modem are combined in your case.)

Then, turn the computer on.
