Gingerbread men

Does anyone know any good gingerbread men recipies? I used to have a good one off the back of the silverspoon demerara sugar box but i cant find it. I just want to use the following in it: Butter, sugar, flour, ginger, etc no spices or anything. Cheers guys!

450g plain flour,5ml salt,15ml ground ginger,15ml baking powder,5ml bicarb of soda,225g demerara sugar,175g butter,175g treacle,175g golden syrup,300ml milk,1 beaten egg.

I presume you know the method as you've made them before.
