Just wanted to wish all the peeps who qualified for crufts this weekend, specifically the working Group............GSD the best of luck

Actually the GSD are in the Pastoral Group!

Yes I am taking three on Saturday, but going tomorrow (well 2.30 in the morning) taking two to Discover Dogs if I ever get off this thing and have a bath (dogs were done this afternoon).

you will be able to see all the results for every breed and group. They usually start appearing about 3pm each day, tomorrow is Toys/Utility, Friday is Gundogs, Saturday Working & Pastoral and Sunday Hounds and Terriers.

never knew the GSD was pastoral........omg I always thought they were working dogs.............but what do I know lol.........

They were in the Working Group till 1999 but as it was such a big group it was split into Working and Pastoral (which are the herding and heeling breeds which work on the 'pastures' such as collies).

Back home after a very long day on Discover Dogs, got a day to recover then back on Saturday to show the dogs.

My money is on the Hungarian Viszla Yogi taking Best In Show. .

thanks all, dont forget to watch it on BBC2 Saturday night, you never know the roughs or heelers may be featured this year.......I have a feeling the roughs will as the BBC are doing a piece on someone who is doing her 50th Crufts, but dont blink or you will miss it!!
