my friend has a sword from mexico, i think , with these words written on the blade: hay como me aprieta el cincho y me roza la retranca que habiendo tanta portranca nomas por una relincho is this spanish and can you tell me what it means in english?

according to babelfish it roughly (lol) translates to

"it has as it tightens the belt to me and retranca grazes to me that being so much portranca nomas by a whinny"
it translates 'Made in mexico'
