advice please

we have a tenancy at will with our landlord, as we have a concession in his garden centre. he has sold the business and now the new owners are saying they will offer the same type of agreement with us with the same rent, our problem is they now sell a lot of the same things as we do, we are a pet and aquatic business and the previous landlord was mainly a garden centre ,whereas these new owners are selling lots of different things and are very cheap, we feel we wont beable to compete which will mean it will be hard to meet the expected rent. it seems so unfair we ve been there 14 years and dont seem to have a leg to stand on. is there anything thats in our favour or do we have to bail out with nothing as we feel at this moment in time.

I seem to remember that you posted something about your legal rights on this topic a couple of months ago.
I fear without an agreement that the landlord won't sell similar stuff there is little you can do. Branch out into other products? - I guess if it depends whether you have built up a loyal customer base who come to you because they know the type of products and service they can expect or whether customers drop in on you whilst they are in a garden centre.
