A fried egg and cheese sandwich, with loads of brown sauce and pepper, followed by a mug of tea.

I had two ham, cheese and salad rolls and 4 chocolate eclairs (the toffee kind not the cake kind, but I think I could probably quite easily sink four of those at the moment too) :-)
