Lightning bolts are 'made' of electrons not atoms. Atoms are the building blocks of the elements, and lightning is not made of for example gold or lead or hydrogen. Electrons are the tiny particles of charge that orbit atoms and act as agents for the transfer of electrical energy.  The exact number of electrons making up a lightning bold would no doubt vary depending on the size / strength of the bolt, but the number would be astronomical either way.
