Is there a difinitive list anywhere of what 08 prefix phone numbers are free, charged and premium rate? It used to be fairly simple when there was just 0800 and 0845, but there are loads of them now.

Just answering my own question. In a flash of inspiration I tried searching the BT site and got this.

I get all inclusive calls on my Tiscali Broadband contract, so begrudge using 0870 numbers.
This website can save you loads if you also don't pay for normal calls.
