Traffic wardens arent they just doing us all a service? - They have their uses because people do just abandon their cars -wish they didnt just hover about for the easy ticket -when youre just 5 mins over.

I'm not really familiar with Garth Brooks so I can't comment.

They are done by amateurs so I think they are trying to impress with the poncyness.

If they abide by the laws of this country then yes.

I have never had an encounter with a traffic warden so again I can't comment.

I would rather something with a decent sized bathroom.
