Hi All,

Over the last week I have been getting an odd pulsating sensation behind my left eye. It is like my eye is beating, like a heart beat. It isn't painful but is quite uncomfortable. It seems to happen about 4 or 5 times a day for about 30mins to 1hour each time.

Anyone know what this could be? Do you think I should go to the doctors?

Thanks in advance

Hi Kimbles

I get this every now and then it's normally caused by lack of sleep, stress or anxiety. It's nothing to worry about though, just try get a few early nights! x
I get it when I've been working on a PC all day and then log on to AB all night ;)

It's just a nerve twitching and a bit of rest will sort it out.

I get it several times a week and it can be a pain... especially when people at work think I'm winking at them.

LOL SRH! That's what I said to everyone yesterday at work - if you see me giving you the eye, i'm not winking at you - its pulsating!!

hiya_123, I usually have about 7-8 hours of sleep at night but I do use the computer all day and a couple of nights a week I will use the computer at home in the evening.

Thanks for your help both.
