My nephew is considering applying to be a police officer. He is concerned that his brother and Father whom he lives with both have a criminal record. Though my his father was last in trouble 9 years ago ABH. His brother have all been petty offences, Would their records effect his chances of getting in to the police? If so would him moving out give him a better chance? Thanks
