I saw one of these shows about 10-ish years ago which feature a story (and a creepy one at that) about a man who was being pursued by a killer that he could only see in reflections. I cant remember why but it was probably for ironic reasons. For example, he's in the bath and looks at the chrome tap. In the reflection, he sees the killer trying to get in through the bathroom window. I think that the killer could not harm him if the guy wasn't looking into a reflective surface. The killer was deformed also and reminded me of one of the puppets from the Puppet Master series (The one who's a bit handy with a blade and wears a black trilby and coat. Also he has white hair and a sallow, skull-like face).

The killer gets him in the end ( in the bath I think, actually).

Anyone know the show and episode I'm talking about?

Probably something like Ghost Stories or Monsters but I can't remember.
