Ipod Touch Downloading Free Music

How do I download free music to my Ipod Touch? I am trying to do this through Bear Share

if you are familiar with bearshare you have downloaded a song which is now in your download file........move it to my documents for easy location..................open up your itunes................you should now be on the libary page............import a file/folder from my docs.................it will then transfer to your libary page.............drag and drop the song to your ipod........dont sync you lose everything...........and thats it...............on the main page of your ipod program make sure it is set for manual selection
