Apparently, lots of people swear that soaking your feet in wee really does the trick. I must confess, I did try it when I was a teenager (wearing pumps with no socks in the snow) but I can't remember if it worked...........suppose it must have because I never bought anything over the counter for them.
That cream in a grey tub with red writting often used for nappy rash - is it Sudocream? Apparently works wonders.
Sudocrem is the one in the grey pot and used for nappy rash etc
If chilblains are really bad there used to be something the chemist could give you (a glass phial of something to put into water to drink) there's basically creams and yes - it is true to soak your feet in wee does work - also to walk barefoot in snow works. Someone I know uses ice cubes on their chilblains and that also works.
