Hi guys,

In October last year (2006) i bought a 32" LCD TV from Comet. In Feb this year (slightly less than 5 months later) i exchanged it for the same make and model as there was a high pitch noise coming from it whenever the TV was on. The price had lowered so they gave me 100 back. I know the guarantee works from the moment you purchase a new product (in my case in Feb when i changed the TV). But i have noticed recently that the same noise has started again. Would i be entitled to ask for my money back or would i have to change it to the same make/model again?

...as long as you have your reciept from the Feb. transaction then you can, either ask for a refund,or exchange for another brand/model of your choice adding money to a more expencive one ,or a refund if you decide on a cheaper model.....
