I have recently changed from Orange to O2 and it cost me 25 . this seems rather over priced. Can anyone tell me if this is the norm?

i have been sent 10 02 sim cards free online and and don;t know what to do withe most of them, i gave my son one and he put it in his nokia and uses it but the rest will need a 10 top up to activate the 300 free messages a month, why did it cost so much?

I don`t know, Dot, I couldn`t get a signal in my cottage on Orange so I asked Carwarehouse to change it to O2 and they charged me 25. My daughter needs to change but having just moved house she can`t afford that amount of money and I`m trying to find something cheaper, it seems like a con to me!
well if u go to the 02 website see if they still have that offer!

I went on O2 website Dot, and asked if this was normal and I was very immpressed with the service. A girl called Paula actually rang me at home tonight at 7pm to answer my question and sent an e-mail explaining everything. She is sending me the sims card that you had but I may have to pay something if my daughter wants to keep number and data in phone. very good service for this day and age.Nita
