If bailiffs have been instructed by the court to evict a person from their property how is this acheived if the person is refusing to move. Are Bailiffs able to physically remove a person by force?

Provide they have applied for and got a Possession order from the County Court then yes they can evict you and even change the locks with the tenants property still inside.
