Can't promise stimulation. I am taking a break from packing up my apartment. (I am moving into the first floor apartment of my house.) For now I am only going to have a bedroom. So I am trying to put 6 rooms of my life into one bedroom. Most is being thrown away and some in the basement, but it is not going well. My moving is due to losing my mom recently and need to rent my apartment and move down with my sis and her daughter. We will be doing some renovation so I will have more space eventually but I am not happy about this. However it is the only way i can afford my mortgage.

So, that's what I am doing. (Sorry for venting on your thread.)

Hey EngTeach you;re welcome but sorry it' under such sorry circumstances. Must be a trial losing your mother let alone having to move in with your sister and her family.

Hope all goes well.

Done downsizing but then lost everything due to an abusive relationship so at least you have stuff to throw away lol

Hi Knobby, It is pouring here. It would be a good day for a nap. Thanks for the sympathy wishes. It's been a little over a month now. We are doing OK.

shk- One good thing is I love my paint and carpet dor the new room. It's kind of all chocolatey and brown. Very nice, if I do say so myself.

I must stop goofing around and get back to work. I'll check in later before I am off to a Halloween party. Going as an angel.
