But what size? I used ot love Wispas until they shrunk them. They were square and long then turned rectangle and long. I didn't really buy them so often once they shrunk. Can anyone else remember them shrinking?

They are supposed to be on sale now but I havent seen them yet :(
Sainsburys on Goodge Street has them on sale.
just popped down the shops and there was an open box of them on the front counter, priced at 50p though! rip off werent they 30p before?
Are they going to make mint ones? Yum I hope so!!
total rip off darling, they are retailed at 42p which i still think is a bit steep, but in our local spar they are 49p, money grabbing bleeps!
Yes, all these ABers are right, the price of them is now 42p, and I think they were 30p when they went off the market. I can remember in 1988 they were about 17 or 18p. Those were the days.

The process of reducing a product's size is called "downsizing" ,and unfortunately for us poor old consumers completely legal. They have gotten round this rather medieaval practise by putting the product weight on the packet and it is up to you to look at it, and compare it mentally to the former weight. The price of this product usually remains the same, and presumably it is done to avoid a price rise, although not in this case. Full size Mars bars are now blatantly advertised as this, as for quite a while they went down to the low weight of 54grams. What a rip off!
mmmmmmmm. i have had 3 in the last week, i forgot how loverly they taste!!!!!!! i paid 48p, also thought this was a rip off. i cant see them in the big supermrkets, but most off the newsagents seem to have them and woolworths when they have them in stock.
Will they be bringing backs its sexier family member the Wispa Gold ?
