The official airport website advises taking the shuttle bus to Porte Maillot (�13) then the Metro to Charles de Gaulle Etoile, followed by the RER to Marne Valley Chessy (�5.95):

with 2 small children the best, although possibly the most expensive, would be by taxi.

otherwise you have 2 choices:-
shuttle bus to porte-maillot, metro line 1 to Etoile the RER line A to marne la vallee. (bus takes 75mn)
or
taxi to beauvais station, "transilien" train to gare du nord, RER line B to chatelet-les halles and RER line A to marne la vallee.
