How do you change your letters to small letters

I did bought a samsung E250 but the letters are big and I am sure you can change it to smaller letters even when I received sms'e then it is big and I did have a Samsung E250 before can you please help me

If you mean when you are dialling........Menu/Settings/Display settings/Font size/Font colours etc.

Bought one myself recently...nice little phone but the user manual is useless...trial and error on everything :(((
