Music used BBC for tango

What is the music which is used on BBC1 link where there are couples are dancing tango? Sounds like violins are the instruments and i think i heard a song using it where vocals are French? but def not english.... anyone?

That was a series of idents using specially composed music that accompanied the pictures. Others included Tai Chi, Capoeira (men on roof) and Acrobats as well as many others.

thank you so much. Went to web site and realised that wasn't the music I was thinking of at all! Completely my fault - I was thinking of Epoca by gotan Project used on a boots ad - no idea why i thought it was a BBC ident!!
