I am really confused with wether my boss is flirting with me or just being friendly:
He winks at me
He walks past me, looks me in the eye and then smiles
I passed him a recept the other day and he practically took my hand with it (Slid his hand down my hand)as he looked me in the eye and said "Thanks Skyla"
Walked past me the other day and quickly dragged hus hand across my shoulder
Another co-worker who my boss has been friends with for a long time said my boss told her he cares alot about me
Asked me to come up to his office and had a huge chat with me about random things like if i use protection, what would i do if i got pregnant, What i do in my spare time, Would i like more responsibilites with my job? is everythign alright?
Said when they sell the buisness one day that they are taking me with them
Always commenting me, saying im a bloody good worker.
Whne i went on holiday, he told me to be naughty but be carefull.

He is 40 and im 18 and i find him so insanley attractive.
Do you think he could just be a really nice guy, who cares about me and is just trying to help me?

He sound like a slimeball to me! A bloke old enough to be your dad asking whether you use protection and what would you do if you got pregnant? Yuk! Tell him to mind his own business.

And to answer your question...there is a chance he could be genuine but not a very high one. If I was you I would stay well clear. He's married...if he's not happy he needs to split up with his wife. Don't help him be a cheat, you'll ruin his wife, and even worse children if he has any.

He sounds completely unprofessional - if you go along with anything, we'll be reading your letter in The Sun under Dear Deidrie - "He said he loves me, now he's gone back to his wife".
He probabaly knows you find him attractive and he's just flattering his ego. People at work - no matter how much they care - should be enquiring as to if you use protection. It's inappropriate.

think he could be a nice guy or maybe Not? who cares about you and its nice to feel wanted and have some attention every now and then....
But he is you boss afterall, so its better to stay good friends and keep his trust and your distance rather than risk it all on an affair or whatever you have in mind atm... its not worth it! It would never work and you'll be the one who'll probably gt the sack in the end! :(
