Where do you look to find out who has been buying and selling particular shares? In particular I would like to see what large institutions are buying or selling, or even which hedge funds are buying what?

You can find out the volumes of shares etc being traded, however will not be able to find out who is buying or selling as this information is confidential.

Unless it is made public by the buyer or seller then Im 99.99% sure you will not be able to find out....sorry
