Stomach upset

I have woken up this morning an my stomach feel bloated but feels like if i press or touch near the top i will be winded, has anyone any ideas. TIA

Does it look slightly distended and is it tender when you stand up or stretch?

I thought it may be acid, how do you know about hernia's?

I was a S/Sgt in the Royal Army Medical Corps,
have you had this before? going by your description, and without seeing you, I can only suggest you see your GP

4GS thank you for your advise it is not to be taken with a pinch of salt i will go to the nhs drop in centre this afternoon better safe than sorry you sound like you know what you are saying.
