Which newpaper ran an advert as described below and where could I obtain a downloadable copy on the net? In the early / mid 90's, a National Newspaper ran a TV ad that I am trying to get a copy of. I think it was for the 'Independant'. It featured an incident on a pavement viewed through the eyes of at least 3 separate observers with the underlyiong message that you can only get the true picture of waht is going on when you view things from a neutral poit of view. There was an old lady, a lone skin head and a gang of skin heads .... the skin head dived on the old lady .... to pull her out of the way of something falling from a scaffold above ..... it looked like she was being mugged!

Wasn't it The Guardian? I know it turned up in the Channel 4 100 best ads, but that particular programme seems to be missing from the C4 100 Greatest site.
I thought it was a middle-aged man and just a lone skinhead.
I'm pretty sure it was the Guardian. Can't remember if there was an old lady but there was a middle-aged bloke in a suit with a briefcase
