Mowtown vibe song - about 5 years old? XFM?

I'm trying to find a song which was released about 5 years ago - can't remember group but not aware of anything else by them. It was played on XFM, 5 or so years ago I reckon. Sounds very Motown, female singer, with backing singers - lyrics are something like "giving up is hard to do when you're (something)...then backing singers sing "so in love with you...give it up" I know this is all v vague but what can I say?!

Can only think of a song called "Like I Do" by a girl group called "For Real". Its a Holland & Dozier song and very Motown, its a few years old now. It might be the one you are looking for?
