I have heard that you can use ceramic straighteners on your hair when it is still wet without significantly damaging your hair? Does anyone know if this is true?

NO it really damages your hair to use them on wet hair! Don't do this!
There is a new make of ceramic straightener that can be used on wet hair but I can't remember the name of it - it has been advertised on TV fairly recently. My sister is a trainee hairdresser and one of the girls on her course has used them and said they are good. Agree with 5029 that other ceramic straighteners shouldn't be used on wet hair.
