What do I need to take an intensive Motorcycle Course?

Hi. I currently hold a full UK driving license and would like to ride motorcycles. What do i need to do to ride upto a 125cc and beyond?

First step is Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) which all motorcyclists have to take.It's normally just a one day course to get you used to the controls and gears etc,you then can ride on the road any bike up to 125cc on L-plates for max of two years.After CBT it depends on your age which route you can take to a full licence,if you're over 21 you can go for the full unrestricted licence straight away,under 21's have to stay on a 33bhp restriction until they become 21

Take your test soon, it gets harder in a couple of months.
