missing freeview channels

i am missing freeview channels, film4 etc. have tried adding channels from menu with no success. also channels are in the wrong place: e4+1 is labelled as film4 in the service list. any suggestions? model no: fdt2000 - i assume this is the model number. thanks.

It's not the 'add channels' option you require; it's the one which does a full scan. (On my box it's labelled 'Replace existing services', in the menu). That clears all of the existing channels and then loads everything into the right places.

if you cant find that, try unplugging the freeview box for 30 seconds. unplug the aerial, plug the freeview box back in. scan for channels. without the aerial it will find nothing, thus clearing your old channel list. plug the aerial back in and rescan.
