I put this in Destinations as well but am putting it here so the people who helped get a chance to read it....

Thanks to Nickmo, welshwil and others who gave me some great ideas of where to go when we were in South Wales last week - we visited Cardiff Bay and as many Dr Who locations as we could find, the Dr Who Exhibition, Museum of Speed at Pendine Sands, Raglan Castle and Carew Castle and spent a fab time at Freshwater near Pembroke, we also went on the Gwili Steam Railway and the Brecon Beacon Mountain Railway.
BUT BEST OF ALL................ left our car in a multistory carpark while in Cardiff and on the second day went to move the car from an upper floor to the more secure ground floor and they were filming and episode of Torchwood in the car park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We sat in the car while Captain Jack was being chased by Weevils not 10 feet away from us and afterwards young MAster Hellion got to meet Captain Jack and had his photo taken plus an autograph - how cool was that?
No holiday will ever top this for young Master Hellion, my work as a great mother is done...thank you and goodnight!!!!

Certainly does Dottie 'I went to Disney World', v 'I met Captain Jack Harkness' no contest apparently. We visited Howells as you suggested, thanks. Have you been to Cardiff recently? Really is developing in to a nice city.
Thanks Ray, we loved the Breacons so North Wales is a definite possibility next year!
