I used to work for a company who supplied food to pubs and my area was wales they had a few good ones..including:

The black ****

One was The Slurping Toad, which the marketing "experts" from the brewery chain thought would appeal to their 20-25 year old target market. The youngsters soon changed it to The Slippery Turd. Certainly I found the latter hilarious in the circumstances. Its name has been changed twice since then!
The Nowhere Inn Particular is a pretty cool name of a pub nearby to me.

I used to live near the "Who'd a thought it" in Rochester
I always like the Nobody Inn which is in Devon. We always joked that when you got there you found nobody in!
There was a bank in Preston which was converted into a pub some years ago which they called Wall Street which I thought was quite clever.
that reminds me of a bank in derby that was converted to a pub and called The Standing Order. There used to be a pub down south called The Final Resting Place which seemed a bit grim
