Using a foot spa is fine. If you are using an aromatherapy spa, however, be careful that the product that you are using is suitable for pregnancy. Most essential oils are marked up that they are not suitable, so check labels.

sorry. when i was pregnant i was told not to use the foot spa because you feet will swell up. your feet swell during pregnancy anyway so you dont want to make them worse.
