thats like a remix of it.
the vocals in it that sing those lines are from a different song without all the techno remixy crap!

as originally recorded, the song "missing" by Everything But The Girl didn't have all the techno remixy crap (as you put it - that was added later by Todd Terry) - the original version appeared on an album called "Amplified Heart" and is well worth searching out; it has a far darker and atmospheric feel.
